DJO is a leading global provider of high-quality orthopedic aids and a wide range of products in rehabilitation, pain management, and physiotherapy. We also develop, produce, and deliver a large number of products within reconstructive implants. We are the largest provider of non-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation equipment in the USA and among the largest globally, measured by revenue. Many of our products are market leaders.

We are looking for a person with a technical background and experience in returns and claims who has a strong service personality, is insightful, and possesses analytical skills.

We envision the perfect candidate as a strong organizer, service-oriented, proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and meticulous with good IT/system skills, who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Applicants should have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the position involves extensive customer contact. We operate in an international environment where English is our corporate language. Given that we have technicians in Denmark, it would be an advantage if the applicant also has an understanding of Danish.
