Support Specialist in Automotive Technology and Connectivity

Are you a technically inclined individual looking to provide support to Volvo Cars dealers and internal customer service departments? Then the role of Support Specialist at MSX International is for you. In this role, you will work with complex technical issues and connectivity-related questions. You will be part of a dedicated team alongside skilled and experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming technical cases and inquiries from the customer service department.
• Daily follow-up on current cases based on the established priority order.
• Become a specialist in Connectivity issues, such as vehicle apps.
• Maintain a close relationship and dialogue with technical support and the customer relations department.
• Initiate/maintain communication with product technical staff at Volvo Cars.
• Continuously stay updated on products by participating in Volvo Cars training and studying instructional technical documents.

Qualifications:

• Technical automotive background.
• Good IT knowledge.
• Engaged and analytical problem solver.
• Communicative and service-oriented.
• Experience working with Volvo is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience in connectivity is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
• Good knowledge of English (especially written) is an advantage.

Workplace and Scope:

The position is located in pleasant premises in Torslanda. This is a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.
