Application for the role of Educational Leader at Grit Academy

About the role

As an Educational Leader at Grit Academy, you will work on-site and be responsible for both student support and collaborations with the business community, where you will fill a key position responsible for mentorship, student follow-up, and management of LIA (internships). The position is 60–80% with the possibility of full-time in the future.

Your main responsibilities:

• Student support and mentorship: Guide and follow up on students' development to ensure that everyone reaches their goals and graduates.
• LIA management: Organize and ensure that all students have access to internships on time.
• Business collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with companies to strengthen the connection between education and the labor market.
• Ambassadorship: Represent Grit Academy in various networks and serve as a contact person for both companies and students.

Who we are looking for:

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• A university degree and experience in mentoring, coaching, or similar roles.
• Experience speaking in front of groups and comfort working both independently and in teams.
• A strong ability to build relationships and represent our organization in a professional manner.
• A self-driven and results-oriented attitude, with the ability to take initiative and find solutions.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

You thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and gain energy from networking and creating new contacts. Your communication skills and organized work approach allow you to balance many responsibilities at once and create a positive impression on our students and partners.
