We are currently looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team this summer and want to work as a personal assistant in Gothenburg and surrounding areas!

What does the job as a personal assistant entail?

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a big difference and help someone else's daily life function.

We have clients of different ages and with various functional variations. Our clients live in Gothenburg, Mölndal, Härryda, and Ale. Your workplace is where the client is, and the job is both varied and eventful. Contributing every day to a person being able to live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we are looking for.

We are looking for you who:

• are at least 18 years old.
• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• can understand and be understood in Swedish.
• can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. Some of our services also require you to be able to work nights.
• have experience in care and assistance. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional information

Employment type: Summer temporary position

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2025

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, which is required according to the Aliens Ordinance.
