For nearly 50 years, Solängskolan has been an active independent school with a Christian value foundation run by a local school association. We aim to provide knowledge and values for a lifetime. Here, there is breadth and diversity in a safe environment from preschool to ninth grade. The school's motto is that all resources should benefit the students, and therefore we stand out with a high staff-to-student ratio and smaller groups. No financial profits leave the school.

Our stable and dedicated staff are passionate about providing our children and students with a good preschool experience and education. We are a small school with short decision-making paths, flexible solutions, and a high level of satisfaction. We have a high proportion of qualified educators. Staff turnover is very low. Therefore, Solängskolan is an attractive school that more people apply to than we can accommodate. Today, we have 40 children distributed across three departments. In the fall of 2025, we will expand the preschool with an additional department to meet the high demand.

We are pleased to have smaller groups where each child can be seen and thrive. The preschool has a large and welcoming outdoor environment and plenty of scenic excursion destinations within walking distance. Therefore, outdoor education is close to our hearts.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a big heart for children and the ability to communicate in a way that opens up possibilities. You have good pedagogical knowledge and experience working in preschool. We emphasize personal suitability and that as an employee, you can contribute to the school's Christian values in a genuine way.
