About the Position

As a designer at Part Construction, you will be an important part of their team. Your main task will be to create and develop construction drawings for their prefabricated bathrooms. You will work closely with the sales team, providing technical solutions and ensuring that customer needs are met.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Creating and developing construction drawings for bathrooms.
Supporting the sales team with technical expertise and suggesting solutions to customers.
Working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
Following standardized procedures and contributing to optimizing workflows.
Managing customer projects from the quotation stage to production start.
Communicating with the production team to ensure a smooth implementation process.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has experience in construction.
Has knowledge of CAD and can work efficiently with drawings.
Is social, solution-oriented, and comfortable communicating with customers.
Is independent but enjoys being part of a team and is willing to ask questions when needed.
Has a technical education, such as a mechanical engineer (preferable but not required).
Can quickly understand and follow standardized procedures.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Has good problem-solving skills and can take the initiative to find the best solution.
