ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for about 60% with our client in Botsmark. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and some shifts during the awake night.

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you start the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a cheerful girl in her 18s. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has autism and an intellectual disability.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
• Medication and inhalation

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. Furthermore, you should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We also see that you are empathetic, positive, and creative as a person. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and access to a car to get to and from work
• Not allergic to pets as there are dogs and cats in the home
• Non-smoker

• Experience working as a personal assistant

Employment rate: Approximately 60%.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
