We are now looking for an engaged personal assistant for a 38% position for a 27-year-old girl who lives about 1.5 miles outside Umeå with her family and their pets. She has cerebral palsy, which means she needs support in her daily life and during various activities. She primarily uses a wheelchair for her mobility but can walk short distances indoors. Her daily life is filled with activities, and she enjoys going out and doing things. Social interaction is important to her, and she appreciates spending time with people in different contexts.

We see that you who are applying are a social and proactive woman, preferably around the same age as the client. You are responsible, reliable, and have a genuine interest in being active and helping others. You enjoy creating a positive and energetic atmosphere and find it easy to take your own initiatives. Experience in personal assistance is a merit but not a requirement – the most important thing is that you are engaged and willing to learn. A driver's license is an advantage, as it provides greater flexibility in the tasks. We look forward to finding someone who can contribute both competence and joy to the work.

• Start date: By agreement.
• Employment rate: 38%.
• Agreement: Introduction shifts and about a month's hourly employment before the regular employment rate is assigned, provided that everything has gone well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work shifts: Mainly day and afternoon shifts.
