ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Inre Kraft are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our child client in Skellefteå. The position is a temporary substitute from 1/5 to 31/8. The working hours are 29 hours/week, scheduled during daytime and evening hours, on weekdays and weekends. Some shifts will have double staffing. During daytime work, you will accompany our client to school.
Working hours are scheduled as follows:
- 07:00-14:00
- 07:00-17:00
- 14:00-21:00
- weekends 08:00-17:00 or 11:00-21:00

ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a 12-year-old girl who enjoys video games, music, and dance. She likes to craft, paint, watch TV, and listen to stories. She also loves animals of all kinds and enjoys greeting dogs when she is out for a walk. She has an electric wheelchair that she will practice driving herself when she is outside.
She cannot express herself verbally but shows her feelings clearly and makes various sounds. She has recently received a computer with eye control, which will eventually help as a communication aid. The client has epilepsy, and medication is administered via PEG.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We want you to be an active and communicative woman between 20-50 years old who speaks fluent Swedish. Furthermore, we want you to be playful, passionate about and believe in rehabilitation, and be flexible and solution-oriented in various situations. The family always strives for her to participate and be included in everything, and it is important that you share the same goal.
One should be aware that this work can be mentally and physically demanding.
REQUIREMENTS
- That you are tolerant and not afraid of cats, as they are present in the home.
- The client prefers female assistants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience working with children.
- Experience using various types of aids.
Employment rate: 29 hours/week
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
