We are looking for a dedicated and experienced team leader for our client based in Skogås.

Our client specializes in selling and renting form materials, scaffolding, and plywood. As part of a global family-owned company, they are market leaders in formwork and scaffolding systems, striving to make construction easier, safer, and more efficient by providing the best possible service.

About the Role of Team Leader

As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and distributing work on the yard, where your main focus is to ensure smooth processes and flows. You will handle operational issues concerning the skilled workers and continuously lead and develop them. The role includes maintaining regular communication and dialogue within the workgroup and with other departments and managers. You will hold daily morning meetings, open and close the facility, and be responsible for the quality of materials and returns. You will work closely with depot staff in the department, return receivers, office personnel, and report to the warehouse manager. We are looking for a natural leader who can create security and continuity.

Requirements

• Relevant high school or post-secondary education.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a team leader role with good results.
• Knowledge of and practical experience with the 5S method within Lean Manufacturing.
• Good IT skills, especially in Office and system management.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
