Brunnsgården Health Center is one of the region-operated health centers included in Hälsoval Blekinge and is located in central Karlshamn. We have over 50 employees in various professions with approximately 10,500 listed patients aged 0-100 years. We work with both acute and planned consultations, and a conversation team is available at the health center. We also offer district nurse consultations and child health care. The health center is also responsible for two special accommodations in the municipality. Each year, about 42,000 patients call us. This means that during the summer, we need to strengthen our team working with telephone advice. The workplace is conveniently located near bus and train services, providing good commuting opportunities. The health center is environmentally certified.

About the Job

We are now looking for someone who wishes to be part of the health center's team for telephone advice during the summer. The work requires that you enjoy taking responsibility within the framework of your assignment and have the ability to handle and triage systematically. We would prefer that you have previous experience in telephone advice.

It is an advantage if you can work on-site at the health center. If you have good experience in telephone advice, there is an opportunity to partially perform the work remotely after completing the introduction.

About You

We see that you have a genuine interest and commitment to primary care and enjoy working in telephone advice. You must be a licensed nurse. We value experience and stability, but we also welcome innovative thinking and solution focus.

We expect you to have a good ability and interest in collaboration and to actively contribute to creating a good working climate. We value positivity and a humble approach.

We place great importance on personal suitability. Some of our positions are security classified, where the employee must undergo a security screening interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
