JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to teach Spanish, possibly in combination with another subject.

You should:

• be able to lead the work in the classroom and inspire and motivate the students.
• have the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and staff connected to the school.
• be able to work independently and collaborate in different groups.

Mentorship/class teacher responsibilities are included in the position.

We see that you, together with other staff, run an operation with the student at the center, where the focus is on actively finding strategies to reach each student and strengthen them in both knowledge development and personal growth.

The position may also include some teaching at Humleskolan for grades 6-9.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• has a teaching license for grades 6-9 with the authority to teach Spanish and possibly another subject.
• is a confident leader in the classroom and works with values in everyday work.
• has good collaboration skills, can take initiative, and has a positive view of students.
• can handle challenges, actively participates in the school's development work, and has high social competence.
• is accustomed to working formatively and language-developing and has experience with students in need of special support.
