🍕 Pizzaiolo for summer season in Norway

Location: Lillehammer area

Employment type: Seasonal work (June–August)

About the workplace

We are looking for two passionate pizzaiolos for an Italian pizza station located in a scenic and lively summer area in Norway. Here, we serve high-quality Neapolitan-inspired pizza, baked in a gas oven, to both locals and tourists during the peak season.

The restaurant is part of a larger summer and winter destination offering, known for its vibrant atmosphere. The location is about two hours from Oslo by train, in an area famous for its skiing culture, beautiful nature, and international events such as the Olympics and World Championships.

(Please note: the workplace is also connected to other units such as a brasserie, sports bar, and nightlife – further information will be provided during the interview.)

Job responsibilities

• Prepare and bake Italian pizza in a gas oven
• Serve guests directly at the pizza station
• Work at a fast pace during busy summer days
• Keep the work area clean and organized

Time periods & Employment

We are looking for two people for two different periods:

1. Pizzaiolo 1: Start at the end of May / no later than June 1 – until mid-August
2. Pizzaiolo 2: Start around June 15 – until the end of August (August 31)

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Salary: 250–260 NOK/hour

📦 Monthly salary (gross): approx. 40,000 NOK

🏠 Net (including accommodation): approx. 30,000 NOK

🛏️ Accommodation included throughout the entire work period

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in pizza baking, preferably with a gas oven
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with many people
• Is service-oriented and likes to create a good atmosphere
• Speaks good English (Swedish/Norwegian is a plus)
