🍷 SOMMELIER / WINE-SAVVY BARTENDER
Your Responsibilities:
- Create a wine list that complements a seafood-based menu
- Deliver expert service, wine pairings, and storytelling about wine
- Be a visible and present host during service
- Assist the bar as needed
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a certified sommelier or an experienced bartender with extensive wine knowledge
- Has experience in fine dining environments
- Enjoys direct contact with guests and enhancing the overall experience
