Fine Dining Chefs Wanted for Exclusive New Opening in Lofoten!

Are you ready for the next step in your culinary career – in one of the world's most spectacular environments?

A newly renovated premium lodge and boutique hotel in the heart of Lofoten is opening its new fine dining restaurant in the summer of 2025. We are now looking for 3–4 experienced fine dining chefs to join our new kitchen team.

📍 Location: Lofoten, Northern Norway

Start: Mid-May (training & setup)

🍽️ Opening: June 1

Duration: Seasonal employment with the possibility of extension

Your responsibilities:

• Create and prepare exclusive à la carte and seafood dishes for 30–40 guests per evening
• Work with local premium ingredients in a menu centered around Scandinavian flavors
• Be a key person in the kitchen's setup and operation during the opening phase
• Contribute to high standards of taste, presentation, hygiene, and pace

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5–15 years of experience in gastronomic kitchens or fine dining
• Is passionate about seafood, technique, and top-notch guest experiences
• Is creative, meticulous, and solution-oriented – especially during the opening phase
• Wants to work in a close-knit and ambitious team with high standards and big hearts
