JOB DESCRIPTION

As a textile worker at the Laundry Service, you will be part of the Employment and Engagement unit within the Labor Market and Education Administration. The Laundry Service performs laundry services on behalf of the social administration for those municipal citizens who have that decision within the framework of their home care. The Laundry Service also has the task of providing training work tasks for those who are somewhat distanced from the regular labor market.

As a textile worker, you should, after an introduction, be able to wash, iron, and perform general tasks that occur in a laundry facility and be able to assess the quality and condition of the textiles so that the treatment is correct.

We are looking for someone who enjoys providing service and has a positive demeanor. You need to have good physical fitness and enjoy meeting new people. You will be part of a team with several colleagues and receive close support from the team leader.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment and contributes with their experience and attitude towards the development of the operation. In the role of laundry worker, it is important to have a good approach and the willingness to build relationships with the colleagues we work with.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Allergy to pets or chemicals is not compatible with the position.
• Good eyesight and good health are important traits as the job can be physically demanding in certain tasks.

Meritorious

• Good computer skills and experience with the Office suite.
• Work experience in the above profession and a driver's license.
