Assembler at Aimpoint AB in Gällivare

Aimpoint AB is the company that created and developed the red dot sight, which they are now world-leading suppliers of. Aimpoint's sights are used in the civilian hunting and shooting market as well as by police and military. The company has 415 employees and has a turnover of approximately 1.6 billion SEK. Sales in the USA are conducted through their American subsidiary, Aimpoint Inc. Their headquarters are located in Malmö, and all their products are manufactured in Sweden. Aimpoint's production units are located in Malmö and Gällivare.

We are looking for engaged and skilled assemblers for the expansion. The tasks will consist of assembling sights where the work takes place at different stations and involves various steps. The tasks require precision and great accuracy. It is work performed with high quality at an efficient pace. As part of the recruitment process, you as a candidate will get to do a test assembly and undergo a thorough background check.

Working hours are scheduled in two shifts every other week Monday-Friday, 05:30-14:00 and every other week Monday-Thursday 14:00-23:30

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

Is at least 18 years old
Expresses themselves fluently in spoken and written Swedish

To succeed in the role of Assembler, you need to have the following qualities:

Good fine motor skills and ability to collaborate
Sense for details
Ability to follow work instructions, processes, and routines
Organized and flexible
High concentration ability and patience
