Renta has recently established itself in Boden and is now looking for a Workshop Mechanic who has a passion for service and technical solutions! Your responsibilities:

• Perform repairs, service, and maintenance on various types of rental machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose both mechanical and electrical systems, as well as work with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Use both digital and analog diagnostic tools to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Check the machine's external and internal functions, including engine status, battery, hydraulic system, and much more.
• Ensure that the machines are in top condition before they are sent to the customer.
• Document work in Renta's administrative system to manage work orders.

Renta's customers build all sorts of things with their machines. Sometimes they come back whole, sometimes not. What they always need, however, is a little care and love. You receive, assess the condition of the machines, and service and repair them, sometimes even on-site in emergencies. You also assist with setups and support other departments, from rental agents to distributors. We help each other because building is a team sport.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A workshop background.
• A positive attitude, is outgoing, and service-minded.
• Good technical knowledge in both mechanics and electronics, preferably with experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Good computer skills as you will be working in various quotation and order management systems.
• The ability to work independently, be flexible, and take on significant responsibility.
• A strong interest in construction and civil engineering, as well as a desire to continuously develop.

At Renta in Boden, you will work in a close-knit, family-oriented, and diverse work environment, where the team's collective strength and speed are fully relied upon. In the role of Workshop Mechanic, you will be a valuable resource in Renta's team and will collaborate closely with depot managers, order and transport staff, inside sales representatives, and of course, with workshop personnel.
