Process Operator Summer Temporary Position at Polarbröd in Älvsbyn

We develop technology, processes, and standardized working methods so that more people can enjoy our delicious bread. We are now looking for process operators for summer temporary positions in Älvsbyn.

As a summer temporary process operator with us, you will be responsible for controlling and monitoring the various processes along the production line as well as performing operator maintenance. You will set up and adjust machines, conveyor systems, and monitor the flow along the line. You are responsible for ensuring that the products produced are of good quality. To succeed in this role, it is important that you are self-driven, responsible, and able to collaborate well. Continuous improvement is a guiding principle.

The position is full-time, and you will work shifts, which for us means 3 twelve-hour shifts per week. Both night and daytime shifts are included in the rotating schedule.

To work as a process operator at Polarbröd, you must be at least 18 years old and have a technical education at a minimum of high school level (preferably within the technology program, electrical & automation, industrial program, operations technician/process operator or equivalent) or technical experience from another equivalent industry.

Your commitment and ability to independently use digital tools in your work are prerequisites for us to develop a world-class bakery together.

It is an advantage if you are willing to work during both holiday periods, that is, from week 26 until week 33.

We have very limited opportunities to grant leave to temporary workers during the holiday periods.

Conditions: Salary according to applicable collective agreement
