About the Position

As an industrial worker, you will be involved in manufacturing products according to specifications and ensuring that high quality is maintained through careful inspections. You will be responsible for following safety regulations, handling machines and tools, and reporting any deviations. Additionally, you will participate in equipment maintenance and contribute to improvement efforts to optimize the production process for our client.

About You

Formal Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed a recognized high school education with a focus on construction and civil engineering, industry, or another equivalent qualification. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a requirement, as well as the ability to handle various tools and have good machine knowledge, along with basic skills in reading technical drawings. You should also possess forklift licenses A1-B4 and D1. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you can communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Desirable Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have experience working with CNC machines or other advanced production equipment. Experience working in teams and the ability to quickly adapt to new work environments are highly valued.
