ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 70% for our client living about 30 minutes from Umeå. Working hours are scheduled for evenings and awake nights, both weekdays and weekends. During the client's holidays and breaks, day shifts may occur.
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is an active and energetic boy who needs support in his daily living. He thrives best with a clear structure and requires a lot of supervision and attention from his assistants. Communication uses visual support, schedules, and simple, clear guidance.
On weekdays, he goes to school in Umeå and travels with you in your own car. If you work during the day, your shift starts at school and ends with accompanying him home. For night shifts, you instead finish your shift by driving him to school in the morning.

We are looking for someone who is secure, attentive, and solution-oriented. A positive attitude and good personal chemistry are crucial for creating a good relationship with the client. To contribute to his security, we would like you to have a long-term commitment to your employment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Driver's license and access to your own car as you will be driving your car in the service
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
MERITS
- Experience with epilepsy, autism, or speech and language difficulties
Employment rate: 70%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations according to collective agreements.

To be employed with us at Aktiv Assistans, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the service. If you want to work with children and young people under 18 years old, you must present an extract from the criminal record.
