ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Aktiv Assistans are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 10% for our client in Umeå. The position is a temporary contract lasting until December 2025. Work is scheduled for weekends from 15:30 to 22:00. You will work three weekends on a rolling 6-week schedule.

Start date is at the end of May or the beginning of June.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a woman in her 30s with interests in interior design, music, fashion, and much more. She needs your help as an assistant in her daily life due to a neuromuscular disease.

Job tasks include:

  • Support with daily routines, such as household chores and cooking
  • Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
  • Transfers and support in activities requiring motor skills
  • Exercise, leisure activities, and social activities

We are looking for someone with good social skills, who is attentive and has a strong work ethic. You have the ability to understand and adapt to different people and situations. We value personal maturity and a good sense of social interaction as we believe these qualities are crucial for success in the role. Furthermore, the client prefers female applicants.

  • Experience with children

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a personal assistant
  • Care experience
  • Driver's license (manual or automatic)
  • Access to a car
  • Pet-free due to family allergies

Employment rate: 10% temporary position until December 2025.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
