Description

The individual and family care department includes social workers, assistance officers SoL/LSS, implementation, development leaders, and IFO managers.

The individual and family care department has a good working climate, a pleasant work group, and prioritized work environment efforts.

Job Responsibilities

As a social worker, you will come into contact with cases concerning children, youth, and adults. You will investigate support and protection, make decisions on assistance, and follow up on decided interventions. The work also includes preventive collaboration with other community actors, such as schools and youth psychiatry.

Qualifications

You have a strong commitment, are proactive, outgoing, flexible, and responsible, and you find it easy to collaborate both internally and externally. We expect you to have good communication skills in both speech and writing, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to adapt to more prioritized tasks. Previous experience in social work with children, youth, and families is an advantage.

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability, documentation skills, and computer proficiency.

A degree in social work is required.
