We are looking for a sous-chef with experience in traditional kitchen work and à la carte service.

You need to be service-oriented, stress-resistant, well-organized, but above all, a team player. You should master both the hot and cold kitchen as you will often be in charge of service from the pass.

We are a mixed and cheerful team with a twinkle in our eye, we thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about service and quality. We cook from scratch and according to the season.

The position is full-time with a rotating schedule, including lunches, evenings, and weekends.

Prinsen has existed at the same location since 1897. The restaurant has attracted cultural workers, artists, media people, business people, and a delightful mix of personalities from Stockholm's timeline. Our atmosphere is antique - from the early 1900s, well-worn and instills a social calm.
