At StudentConsulting, we are now looking for employees at 80% for our client COOR in Västerås.

In the role of customer service representative at COOR, you will be offered a pleasant workplace and participation in a team with strong community and competence in their field. The work involves handling customer calls, order management, monitoring various incoming channels such as chat and email.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, Monday to Friday during office hours.

THIS IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

As the job primarily involves contact with customers, you should be relationship-building, structured, and meticulous. Since the work can sometimes be stressful, you should perform well in stressful situations. Furthermore, you should be service-oriented, punctual, and easily build trust with customers and colleagues.

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education, preferably with work experience in the service industry. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is important that you can be understood in contact with others for your own and others' safety, as well as being able to read and understand written instructions in both Swedish and English. Additionally, you need to be computer literate with knowledge of the Office suite and have a driver's license (B).
