Sorsele Health Station, with about 30 employees, functions as a small mini-hospital with emergency reception, medical consultations, maternal and child health care, as well as inpatient care. We provide our population with access to healthcare around the clock. The base unit also includes Storuman and Tärnaby. The entire unit consists of about 100 employees.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you contribute knowledge and commitment that makes people feel secure. You work professionally with a constant focus on the patient. As a nurse, you must address the patients' medical and specific care needs and then plan and prioritize the actions to be taken. The role of the nurse also involves leading and motivating other care staff to create a good working environment together and provide quality care.

We are now looking for a nurse for the health station for a night substitute position. As a nurse at night, you will care for patients in the emergency department and handle acute on-call cases or phone calls that come during the shift.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse with a lot of drive and the ability to see the big picture. You actively work to contribute to a workplace where the patient always comes first. You are a compassionate and positive person who can work and prioritize in acute and stressful situations. You are good at collaborating with different people in various professional categories. You are proactive, ambitious, and see opportunities. The work also requires independence as well as the ability to solve problems and make ongoing decisions in the right order.
