We are looking for a project manager who wants to help ensure that airport security at Swedavia's 10 airports is top-notch – submit your application today!

What does the role entail? As a project manager, you will lead new construction and renovation of telecommunication security systems, such as cameras and integrated alarm and access control systems. The role may vary from being the main project manager, sub-project manager, or installation coordinator for your own delivery related to these systems.

Your responsibilities include:

• Financial follow-up and accountability.

• You will be involved in creating the budget and ensuring it is maintained throughout the project.

• You will help plan the work together with technicians and other disciplines.

• You will work closely with the client/other projects to maintain the schedule and ensure good delivery to the operations.

• Conduct purchases via framework agreements.

• Prefer assignments in a collaborative form.

Business trips and overnight stays occur within Sweden.

Who are you? We wish that you have previous experience working in the security industry with a focus on telecommunication security systems. You are process-driven and flexible, enjoy handling multiple projects simultaneously, and see complex problems as exciting challenges. As a skilled communicator, you often serve as a guide for others. You understand the importance of structured timelines and deliver on time, whether you work independently or in a team.

Furthermore, you have:

• Education at the high school level or vocational school, for example in IT, technology, or electrical engineering.

• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Knowledge of IT and network solutions.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and network communication.

• At least seven years of experience in a supervisory position within installation (in larger new construction and renovation projects) of security systems such as intrusion alarms and access control systems as well as camera systems.

• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards in the security field.

• Good knowledge of Office 365.

• Knowledge of BAS-U and BAS-P.

This is meritorious:

• Security training through SSF, e.g., Certified Authorized Engineer for Intrusion Alarms, Certified Authorized Engineer for CCTV Systems.

• Experience in installation work that includes physical security and security systems such as alarms, access control systems, and/or CCTV systems within Pacom Unison, Bosch VMS, SHS Integra.
