Primula works to own, refine, and lease properties in the long term. They manage all property management and maintenance with their own staff and aim to create attractive rental apartments with high quality and care. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Solution-oriented and has a high sense of responsibility
• Experienced in construction, technology, or property maintenance
• Curious to learn more about properties
• Quality-conscious and customer-focused
• Service-oriented, positive, and trustworthy.

Requirements:

• Driver's license B
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as good knowledge of English in spoken form.

• Perform minor repairs such as changing faucets, sealing windows, and adjusting locks and doors
• Inspection and maintenance of laundry rooms and common areas
• Direct contact with tenants and handling their inquiries
• Independently plan workdays and be flexible in urgent matters
• Primarily work in the city center, but also in southern Stockholm.
