As a Property Technician, your role is to ensure a well-functioning delivery by performing service and maintenance according to the contract. The role requires a lot of independence and a strong focus on service towards tenants and property owners. You will work proactively and handle service requests. The role also includes tasks such as customer check-ins, preventive maintenance, and maintaining an up-to-date long and short-term plan regarding the technical facility. In your role as a Property Technician, you will also work on smaller projects and in some tasks together with third-party suppliers.

The position includes, among other things:

• Monitoring and performing a wide range of technical tasks, including preventive maintenance, emergency troubleshooting, and planned maintenance efforts.
• Contributing innovative ideas for improvements, changes, and energy efficiencies.
• Maintaining professional relationships and providing feedback to our clients.

You have:

• At least three years of experience in technical property management.
• Relevant education in the property field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working independently in various property environments.

Personal qualities:

• A service-oriented attitude, with a focus on always putting the customer first.
• The ability to handle different people and situations effectively.
• A planner and organizer who enjoys sharing knowledge with the team.
