As a service technician, you are our face to the public in Växjö and a vital part of the company's development!

You enjoy planning, reporting, and following up on completed work, and you work proactively with upselling by identifying improvement measures in daily operations.

Your tasks will include being responsible for the operation at our customers' sites, ensuring that gates, loading docks, automatic doors, and barriers function optimally.

You will also work with consumers to measure and install garage doors. Through close collaboration and daily dialogue with the customer, you will carry out a varied job that includes troubleshooting and urgent measures, as well as planned repairs, preventive maintenance, and installations.

You need to be a driven and cheerful person who enjoys a varied work environment. This also means direct customer contact and the opportunity to manage your day with significant personal responsibility, which means you need to aim to become self-sufficient within the company.

We offer a flexible job with great freedom under responsibility as you start with the service van from home and go directly to the customer.

Backing you is Port & Industriservice Ljungby AB, which is currently operational in Kronoberg County and surrounding areas. We currently have eleven employees, of which seven are service technicians/installers.

The team has many years of experience in the industry and a very diverse skill set across many brands, making us highly competitive.

Qualifications

-We are now looking for someone with experience in the gate industry, door automation, or equivalent.

-We seek someone with technical knowledge and a strong interest in developing in the field.

- You have an education in electrical engineering, mechanics, or have acquired knowledge through work experience.

- You appreciate customer contact and are used to working both independently and in a team.

- You write and speak Swedish fluently. English is an advantage.

A valid B driver's license is required for the position. A BE license is an advantage.
