We provide primary care with a medical clinic, psychosocial team, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and home visits. The health center has approximately 2600 registered patients, and we are part of the primary care area of southern Hälsingland, which includes six additional health centers, medical advice, and day rehabilitation services.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a flexible and committed person who thrives in close collaboration with all professions at the health center in a varied everyday life. You are interested in development and improvement work, confident in your professional role, and have the ability to meet people in a professional and empathetic manner. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

In the role of district nurse, you should:

• have a district nurse education
• hold a valid B driver's license.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in primary care and experience with Senior Alert, Elderly Teamwork, Lifecare, and the Cosmic journal system.
