Your role as a pharmacist for Kronans Apotek in Tanumshede

We are looking for a driven and engaged pharmacist for our Cluster Tanumshede, Fjällbacka, and Grebbestad. The pharmacy in Tanum is the largest and is adjacent to a healthcare center and a large ICA store, making it a central hub for both our customers and the community. Grebbestad and Fjällbacka are smaller but very tourist-famous locations, which gives us a unique opportunity to meet the needs of both the local population and tourists. Together we are a team of 10 people, of which 5 are pharmacists and 5 are technicians, and we have a strong team spirit where we always support each other and our customers.

The pharmacies have good opening hours that facilitate for both customers and employees: Tanumshede is open 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM on weekdays, Fjällbacka 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (closed Wednesdays and weekends) and Grebbestad 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (closed Wednesdays and weekends). With a varied customer base and a pharmacy that is perfectly located to combine work with leisure, we offer a dynamic and pleasant work climate where we get the chance to build relationships with both our loyal customers and those who visit us during the holidays.

The daily work is varied and includes everything from advising and selling medications and self-care products to working with inventory management, campaign work, quality, and development. The role also includes the following responsibilities and tasks:

• You are responsible for dispensing the right medication to each customer and providing the best possible customer advice while creating a world-class customer experience.
• Create participation within the pharmacy and promote good group dynamics through good cooperation with your colleagues.

We offer a permanent position and you will be welcomed to pharmacy manager Mojgan's team. Desired start according to agreement.

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. To thrive in the role, we believe you are passionate about helping our customers achieve good medication use and health. We also believe that you thrive best when you are part of an engaged team working towards clearly defined goals. At the pharmacy, we all help with the daily work and together we create a pleasant, thriving, and safe work environment where we grow, have fun, and share our successes.
