About the assignment

• Location: Heby municipality (Östervåla, Tärnsjö, Heby, Morgongåva)
• Period: Week 25–38 (depending on the assignment, some positions start earlier/end later)
• Working hours: According to schedule, day or evening shifts
• Introduction: 1–2 days before the assignment starts
• Accommodation: Can be discussed if needed
• Extension: Possibility to extend for up to 2 months

Your responsibilities

As a nurse in Heby municipality, you will: ✔ Assess, plan, and implement healthcare interventions within home care and special accommodations ✔ Be responsible for medication management and medical assessments ✔ Document according to applicable legal requirements in the municipality's journal system ✔ Collaborate with other professionals and supervise nursing staff ✔ Handle emergency interventions and participate in care planning, SIP meetings, and incident management

Who are we looking for?

✅ Licensed nurse ✅ At least 1 year of experience in home care ✅ B driver's license (manual transmission) ✅ Good ability to work independently and handle emergency situations ✅ SITHS card, HoSp and IVO certificates ✅ Flexible and available throughout the assignment period

💡 Desirable experiences: ✨ Experience in municipal care and documentation systems ✨ Experience in delegation and PAS responsibility ✨ Experience in Lex Maria and Lex Sarah management
