We are now looking for three licensed nurses for an exciting assignment within home healthcare in Flens municipality. As a nurse in this assignment, you will be responsible for qualified health and medical care interventions for patients living in ordinary housing.

About the assignment

• Location: Flens municipality
• Scope: Full-time, 38.25 hours/week
• Working hours: Primarily evenings and weekends, but daytime may also occur
• Period: Weeks 24-32
• Introduction: First week as needed

Your tasks

As a nurse in this assignment, you will: ✔ Be responsible for qualified health and medical care interventions within home healthcare ✔ Independently plan and implement care interventions ✔ Document according to applicable guidelines and legal requirements ✔ Collaborate with other professionals to ensure safe and high-quality care ✔ Mentor and support nursing staff

Requirements and qualifications

• Licensed nurse
• At least 2 years of experience in municipal operations
• Experience in home healthcare is an advantage
• Experience in a supervisory role and mentoring nursing staff
• Proficiency in documentation (experience with Combine is an advantage)
• B driver's license is a requirement
• Confident in the professional role, flexible, and with good collaboration skills
