About the assignment

• Location: Hudiksvall municipality
• Period: Week 26-33 (with different start and end times depending on the position)
• Scope: Full-time, 40h/week
• Working hours: Day and evening Monday-Sunday, some double shifts Friday-Sunday

Your responsibilities

As a nurse in Hudiksvall municipality, you will: ✔ Assess, plan, and implement healthcare interventions within home healthcare ✔ Manage and be responsible for medication administration ✔ Document in nursing journals according to legal requirements ✔ Guide and support nursing staff ✔ Participate in SIP meetings, team meetings, and incident investigations

Who are we looking for?

✅ Licensed nurse ✅ At least 5 years of experience in nursing ✅ Experience in home healthcare (required) ✅ Driver's license B and good computer skills ✅ Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written ✅ Flexible, solution-oriented, and confident in your professional role

Desirable experiences

✨ Previous experience in assisted living and social psychiatry during on-call hours ✨ Experience with the documentation system Treserva ✨ Ability to work 100% of the period is prioritized
