The Position ICA Kvantum Malmborgs Clemenstorget is looking for you who see yourself as the Operations Manager in our new fine kitchen. You will work continuously with food production and waste as well as keeping the department neat and fresh. You will be responsible for production, catering, and cooking. Economics, staff planning, and development in sales and operations are also part of your daily work. You will constantly work with hygiene and self-control. Together with your team, you will ensure that both the kitchen and absolute customer satisfaction are always top-notch.

You will have primary responsibility for our kitchen and its daily operations. You will lead the kitchen team, ensure that our products maintain the highest quality, and contribute to the development of our food offerings. Your work will be central to creating a pleasant and efficient working environment and maintaining good cooperation with other store staff and leading the team to achieve common goals.

Your Responsibilities

As the Operations Manager, you will ensure that the products in our kitchen maintain the highest quality and meet our visitors' expectations. You will plan and create menus and develop new product ideas. You will be responsible for the economy and results in the kitchen, including purchasing, cost control, and production planning. Follow up and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety routines. You will work to create an inspiring and positive work environment. You will lead and organize the work within the kitchen department. You are one of the key persons for the store's assortment, development, and continued success!

Your Qualities

You have previous experience in kitchen work and have worked as a leader. You have a genuine interest in cooking and sustainability. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, proactive, and motivated to create a high standard of work. Communication and collaboration skills are your strengths. You have experience and a strong interest and knowledge of fresh produce and cooking. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic kitchen environment. You are genuine and inclusive as a person. You are driven by sales and customer satisfaction. As a person, you are solution-oriented, goal-oriented, and used to prioritizing. You love food and are eager to share your knowledge, tips, and ideas with your team. Qualifications

To thrive and develop with your team, you already have a burning interest in cooking and love sales. You have a background as a chef, cold kitchen worker, or other experience from the restaurant industry. Perhaps you have had a similar role in the grocery trade before? You are meticulous and never compromise on self-control and quality. You have excellent communication skills and have service in your fingertips! You are confident in your leadership and have the ability to include your employees, placing well-being, positivity, and efficiency high on your agenda. You have good references and recommendations from previous work.

Employment

Full-time. Salary according to agreement.Our selection is ongoing, so please send in your application as soon as possible! The store's opening hours are 06:00-23:00 every day of the week. You should be able to start your workday from 05:00 in the morning.
