N-Clean MIAB AB is looking for a Team Leader for one of our clients in Stockholm.

In the role of Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services in the assigned area. You will staff with substitutes when needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a good day at work!

The position involves customer contact, which places high demands on the sense of service with care, which is also N-Clean MIAB's guiding principle.

In this role, you will also perform cleaning services to some extent at our clients during your workday if required. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a cleaner if needed to ensure delivery to the customer. You will work together with colleagues in the same position and report to your immediate supervisor.

The work also involves using our various systems that require computer skills.

Language requirements for the position: Swedish and English in spoken and written form.

Swedish and English are required to communicate, read, and interact with our customers, guests, and employees.

About you:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. It is important that you can take and delegate information to your colleagues. You find it easy to work both individually and in a group. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services.

Leadership training is an advantage.

A Class B driver's license for a manual car is a plus.
