About the assignment

A family in Östermalm with 2 children (2 and 4 years old) wishes for help 2 times a week from about 15:00 to 17:30. They are looking for someone with a lot of experience and someone who is flexible as the days may vary. They also wish for occasional help on weekends if possible.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and to establish a long-term relationship, we want you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, therefore we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
• Additional pay for night shifts and holidays
• Opportunity for a fixed agreement with guaranteed hours
