As a housekeeper assistant, you will report to the hotel's operations manager and play a central role in the hotel's daily operations. In addition to daily cleaning of hotel rooms & public areas, you will also be responsible for planning and organizing the cleaning, ensuring the highest possible standards in our rooms and common areas, and coordinating the team to create a first-class guest experience.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probation period, covering 80% and involves working every other weekend.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Distributing tasks to cleaning staff (room and area cleaning).
• Daily cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas
• Conducting room checks and ensuring that hotel rooms maintain high standards.
• Keeping track of occupancy and planning for upcoming days.

Who are you?

• You have a strong sense of service, good organizational skills, and an eye for detail.
• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• You are solution-oriented and flexible in your approach to work.
• Experience in similar tasks within hotel operations.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• A positive attitude and a drive to always deliver the highest quality.
