We are currently looking for a pedagogical babysitter for a family in Älvsjö, Stockholm.

About us

NPF Barnvakten offers babysitting services to families with children with NPF.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric functional impairment, and the most common impairments are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette syndrome, and Speech impairment. Our goal is to help as many as possible with special needs, and therefore you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. At NPF Barnvakten, you will have a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

Number of children and age: One child, 5 years old.

Days and times: Once a week

Desired start date: Immediately

The babysitting takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Älvsjö, Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who:

Has some form of experience with children, preferably with special needs & Autism

Has experience in clear pedagogical methods & low-arousal responses

Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children

Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job

Is pedagogical, secure, and calm

Can work flexibly both evenings and weekends

Having a driver's license is a plus

Job tasks:

The tasks may vary based on the family's needs.

Common tasks may include:

Picking up from preschool/school

Finding activities in and outside the home

Providing support during outings

Preparing simple meals

Bedtime routines

Activation, socialization, and relief
