About the assignment

A family in Trångsund with one child (13 years old) is looking for a babysitter every other Sunday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, flexible between odd/even weeks. The family is looking for someone with experience in working with disabilities. The child primarily needs extra support in communication.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or part-time work, and to ensure a long-term relationship, we would like you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 127.38 - 159.48 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
