At Facility Management, we provide services to travelers, the Transport Administration, and MTR's companies to increase delivery reliability and remain competitive. Our strategy includes increased efficiency, consolidation, and business development with a focus on external sales.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for more cleaners for our operations! As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining and restoring our environments within public transport. The work requires the ability to make individual assessments, and you are expected to use the right cleaning method to remove graffiti and restore the surface, while also considering efficiency and the environment. The position involves working with chemicals, which places high demands on safety awareness and the ability to understand and apply routines. As a cleaner, you will be monitored on the quality and efficiency of your work, and you will work both independently and in teams under the direction of the group manager and team leader.

We are currently seeking staff for the night shift from Monday to Thursday, 21:00-06:00.

The tasks differ somewhat between day and night shifts, but the main responsibilities are:

• Cleaning, foiling, painting
• High-pressure washing
• Sanding
• Advertising installation in subway environments
• Receiving, documenting, and registering your work in the case management system via smartphone

Whether you work day or night, the position is based at our site office in Rådhuset. You will travel by car between tasks during working hours, so a manual B driver's license is required.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in the role of cleaner, it is important that you are motivated by working in constant change and have a desire to develop yourself, contribute to the development of the business, and think innovatively. Furthermore, you are meticulous, responsible, and flexible. You are self-driven but also easy to collaborate with and have great respect for time and punctuality. As a person, you are safety-conscious, resilient to stress, and it is beneficial to have good physical fitness as some tasks are physically demanding. It is also advantageous if you are accustomed to handling technical systems support. Working as a cleaner with us is a responsible assignment where it is crucial to be safety-conscious.

Additionally, you have:

• B driver's license with manual transmission
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Approved high school grades (or equivalent) in Swedish, mathematics, and English are strongly meritorious

It is an advantage if you have studied electrical engineering or worked as an electrician, if you have lift training, sanding skills, or previous craft experience.
