Sales Associate at Ahlsell in Kiruna

We are looking for someone who wants to help provide Ahlsell's customers in Kiruna with the best possible service and support them with qualified advice in the store.

The position is full-time with a start date as soon as possible.

Your main responsibilities

Ahlsell's customers are professionals who build, install, and maintain. As a sales associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and be responsible for providing advice, completing sales, and ensuring that they leave the store with fantastic service and the best products for their needs.

You will be responsible for your own department and work with all the tasks that occur in a store. You are expected to take personal responsibility and initiative and want to be part of the journey to develop the store towards new successes. In the Kiruna store, you will have 20 employees. Together with the new store manager and the team, you will continue to build on the culture with the core values of responsibility, openness, and simplicity.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 06:30-15:15 & 07:15-16:00 every other week.

Who are you?

For the position of sales associate, we are looking for someone who is open, responsible, and service-oriented. To provide our customers with good service, it is important that you enjoy collaborating, have good communication skills, and maintain a positive attitude.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your commitment to service. Your background may vary, but it is advantageous if you are generally technically knowledgeable or have experience in a similar role previously.
