We are now looking for a property caretaker for a 5-month temporary position.

What can we offer you? In the role of property caretaker, you will be responsible for 250 apartments, 2 hotels, and 3 new commercial properties, with the main focus on residential units. You will work independently but in close collaboration with property managers, rental agents, and other colleagues to create the best conditions for our tenants. The job involves planning and organizing your tasks as well as maintaining contact with tenants and contractors.

Your tasks will include maintenance and preventive work in and around our properties, such as inspections, receiving and executing maintenance requests, and providing feedback to customers.

What can you offer us? To thrive with us, it is important that you enjoy working with people and value high service. How you have learned to take care of properties is not crucial. Perhaps you have studied, maybe you have done renovations at home, or even built something? The most important thing for us is that you are curious and want to learn more!

Some parts of your work will be digital, so some computer skills and the use of an iPhone are required. You also need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written, hold a manual B driver's license, and have good physical fitness as the position involves active work.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of electrical installations, HVAC systems, ventilation, and control technology.
