Our client is one of Sweden's leading law firms in both Swedish and international business law, currently employing 150 staff. We are now looking for a Custodian to join their office support team to provide service and maintenance for their office premises and ensure a pleasant working environment.

As a Custodian with us, you will be responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of our office premises and contribute to a well-functioning work environment. The role requires a flexible, solution-oriented approach, as tasks may vary depending on the needs of the business.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Maintenance Planning: Create and follow up on long-term maintenance plans for our premises.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Responsible for daily upkeep of office spaces and equipment.
• Facility Services: Perform various service tasks such as assembling office furniture, handling materials, and other tasks that may arise.
• Issue Management: Quickly and professionally handle issue reports from employees.
• Coordination: Oversee work performed by external contractors, such as cleaning and specialized repairs.
• Work Environment: Ensure that common areas are in good condition.
• Procedures: Contribute to developing effective work routines for managing premises and equipment.
• Project Management: Participate in and lead smaller projects such as relocation or improvement of the work environment.
• Physical Work: Some tasks involve heavy lifting.

Working hours are Monday to Friday between 07:00-15:15 or 08:45-17:00 on a rotating schedule. The office is located in central Stockholm. Start date is desired as soon as possible or as agreed.

We are looking for someone with solid experience working as a Custodian in an office environment and a good understanding of the work routines that apply in such a business. You should also have the ability to drive projects independently and work in a structured manner. To thrive in this role, you need to be solution-oriented and service-minded, as well as have good adaptability. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic work environment are also important. Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, or ventilation is an advantage and a big plus.
