About the role

As a property technician/craftsman with us, you will work with both ongoing maintenance and more extensive renovation projects. The position can be adapted based on your experience and desired employment level.

Examples of tasks:

Repairs and maintenance of properties (e.g., carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, flooring).

Planning and execution of renovation projects.

Coordination with external contractors for larger jobs.

Ensuring that the properties maintain a high standard for tenants and customers.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in construction, renovation, or property maintenance.

Is self-driven, meticulous, and solution-oriented.

Enjoys both independent work and teamwork.

Has a B driver's license (preferred but not required).
