Job Information:

Smart Parkering Sverige AB is seeking an Operations Manager for the head office in Norsborg! As an Operations Manager, you will work broadly with operational issues and have the ultimate responsibility for the surveillance operations in Stockholm. You will independently, but in close collaboration with management, drive the company's surveillance operations forward and work towards good contract compliance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for effective staff planning in accordance with the needs of the business and collective agreement provisions. You should act professionally towards both internal and external contacts and represent the company's values and brand as a whole.

The company currently consists of about 90 employees, and you will primarily be responsible for the 40 employed parking attendants, that is, the operational activities in Stockholm and Norrköping.

Examples of Responsibilities:

Plan, quality assure, and follow up on surveillance operations.
Staff planning/scheduling in accordance with collective agreement provisions.
Ensure contract compliance with customers regarding surveillance operations.
Create reports and other documentation regarding surveillance operations, technology, and various projects.
Contact with business area managers, customers, and suppliers.
Support customer service with operational issues.
Participate in the establishment of risk analyses, incident, and deviation reports, etc.
Participate in management meetings and ISO audits.

All tasks must be carried out in accordance with Smart Parkering Sweden's ISO-certified management system.

Employment Conditions:

Full-time, Mon-Fri 08:00-17:00 with one hour of flexible time
The position starts with a six-month probationary period

Qualifications:

Documented experience of similar tasks
Fluent communication in Swedish
Driving license B
Documented experience of leadership and personnel responsibility is an advantage
Documented experience of similar positions within the parking industry is an advantage
Documented experience of similar positions within the security industry is an advantage
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations within respective areas of responsibility is an advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 is an advantage
