We are looking for a solution-oriented installation coordinator with experience in property management. Here, you will work to ensure that renovations and technical installations are carried out without compromising the quality of property management. You will be part of a prestigious mission – to ensure the technical operation at Nya Karolinska Solna (NKS).

You will drive and coordinate projects within property installation – from dismantling and renovation to completion and long-term operation. The hospital environment presents unique challenges, and you will be a central part of creating technical solutions that work safely and efficiently.

In this role, you will have many points of contact, both internally and externally, and you will move between different properties and forums where your expertise is needed.

• Has experience in property installations and property management, preferably from a coordinating role.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Education in a relevant field.
• Experience working in a hospital environment, Facility Management, or construction contracts.

As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and a natural problem solver. Nothing is left to chance, and you have a strong ability to adapt your communication to different contexts and individuals.
