About the Company

This position is for a recruitment where the most suitable candidate will be offered employment with the client company.
The client company is a market-leading provider of green technology - Solar Energy, Battery Storage, and Electric Vehicle Charging. The head office is located in Kista/Stockholm with about 30 employees. The work is purely B2B towards commercial buildings throughout Sweden, i.e., no villas or residential associations. The company is currently in an expansive phase and is looking to hire an Installation Manager. There are good opportunities for those who want to advance in their careers and broaden their horizons.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the company's authorization and will personally carry out all installations within the scope of solar panels, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging. This includes ensuring that the installations are safe, that the work on the installations is performed by qualified personnel, and that inspections, maintenance, and care are carried out continuously. During the first 6 months, you will perform the work yourself, and after this initial 6-month period, more electricians will be hired who will operate under your authorization. Installations will be carried out at sites across the country - 50% in Mälardalen, 50% in other parts of the country.

You will also be responsible for a team of 10 solar panel installers, which includes a general foreman and two team leaders. Daily communication with the foreman and team leaders to ensure delivery and quality in the installation work while also being responsible for the installation work yourself.

Your Profile

To fit well in this position, you need to:

- Have General Authorization (AL)
- Have a B driver's license (Manual)
- Have good knowledge/experience of green technology (Solar panels, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging)

Other

During the initial period, there will be some travel as the sites are located from Malmö to Boden. Primarily, the jobs will be in Mälardalen, however. In the long run, there will be less travel when there are a couple of employees working under you.
