Are you a service professional who wants to contribute to fantastic customer experiences? In #teamlidl, we help each other succeed. And we grow together. We are now looking for an engaged store salesperson who wants to rock a part-time position with us!

Your Role

As a store salesperson at Lidl, you have a key role! You are the face of our customers and for you, the customer is always number one. You are passionate about providing great service every day. In the role of store salesperson, you will work variably with all the different tasks that are part of daily store operations.

This includes tasks such as:

• Unpacking all goods and ensuring that the shelves are well-stocked
• Ensuring freshness and expiration dates on products
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Serving customers at the checkout
• And of course, you contribute, together with your colleagues, with that little extra to give our customers the best store experience!

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that works together and wants to move forward. You have the ability to identify tasks that need to be done and are driven by working results-oriented and contributing to the store's success.

• We see it as a positive if you have experience working in a service-oriented industry
• You are flexible with working hours and have a positive attitude towards changes
• You are at least 18 years old and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

The position is a part-time employment starting immediately with the possibility of more hours during weeks 27 - 32. Since the store is open every day of the week, work will be scheduled with early morning shifts, day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend shifts.
